Command Cut, Copy, and Paste
Dec 16th

Here is a great way to integrate your workflow between your Mac and iPhone (iPod touch), with the cut, copy, and paste feature that was introduced in iPhone OS 3.0 now you can take advantage of this feature by taking full control of pieces of information either on the Mac or the iPhone.
Pastebot enables you of collecting your various copied snippets and photos into an archiving system. So let me give you an example, let’s say you find something interesting while browsing on your iPhone, copy it and it is automatically sent to Pastebot, from there you can manipulate the info, then sync it to your Mac with the free Pastebot Sync tool.

Let me give you another example, you find something on your Mac, that you wish to send over to your iPhone, same thing, run the Pastebot Sync tool, and presto! It there.
You can get Pastebot for $1.99 from the iTunes Store.

PushMe.to Mazen
Dec 15th
A very cool new service that works like magic.
Here is what it can do:
Pushme.to is the free instant messaging service from web to iPhone/iPod Touch and between registered users.
Now you can receive free instant messages from anyone, delivered like an sms, even if they don’t have an iPhone.
You can also use Pushme.to to send free instant messages to your friends with iPhones, without any per message or international charges.
It takes seconds to send a free message to an iPhone or iPod Touch:
- directly from the address book of your iPhone if you have the application
- typing your message at http://pushme.to/nickname. No registration is required for sending and it’s free.
Benefits
- No charges per message, international or not
- Super fast sending and instant delivery (on the screen, like an sms)
- No need to reveal your phone number or email
- Read and write messages online using your computer or iPhone/iPod Touch
- Get a cool pushme.to/name link to put on your blog or website
The service is free, yet the app (iPhone & iPod touch) would cost you $2.99 [iTunes Link]. Now you can send me direct messages just by going to this link PushMe.to/mazen
Now you can find the PushMe.to link on the sidebar here

Rediscovering PodioBooks
Dec 13th
Although I have so many books to finish, I thought about Podiobooks, since it has been a long time since I got any books from this cool service. PodioBooks took the audio book genre to another level, were it provides you with options to deliver your content the way that suits you.
Here is how it works, just like Podcast (If you never heard of Podcasts shame on you! Click here), you can subscribe to as many books as you like free of charge, you can also select the frequency of delivery, so you can have a new chapter or episode every day, every other day, every week, every… you get the idea, if the book you picked is complete you can get all the chapters at once.
Podiobooks is a great service with great titles, I would recommend trying it out, and if you do like a book consider donating to the author, since independent authors are the ones who made this great creation, and by donating you’re helping in keeping such an innovative idea like Podiobooks alive.

It’s 2010… Already?!
Dec 11th

A friend of mine sent me a link to the Saudi telecom STC new services site, which should offer a free application that can be installed on you mobile phone with a comprehensive directory of all the services. Unfortunately the service doesn’t support the iPhone.
But what is truly interesting is that we are living in 2010. You just don’t know it.

If you get a chance to visit the site from your iPhone or iPod touch, you can add a cool site icon to your home screen that would look just like a native app.
